You know what I think this position is not it? I obviously think that the government should we consecrate the peace at least after our death.
The worst part of this whole story is that the fundamental reason in my humble opinion is that this is still a law like the laws on quotas download the oligopoly that Telus / Bell / Videotron Rogers wants to impose on small companies through their pressure the CRTC is a law not to protect the "ashes" of the person who decides what she wants to do with her body after death if the family wants to meet this but a willingness law exists to protect the industry from crematoria, protect their sales and rentals of urns as is the case for people who have buried the requirement of being in a cemetery.
In a truly free society of free-market forces alone would put the laws concerning safety and health of all side disposal of bodies and ashes to prevent contagion, disease and epidemics. The rest does not look that only family and friends. The "racket" of death both in the exhibition of the ceremony and monuments already costs quite expensive as that without that forces people to flauber cash for anything again, it comes already abundantly dip into our pockets like that.
