Tip of the Day: Playing the posts to QLP, it can be very profitable in the end.
It was found with Simon-Pierre Diamond became Special Advisor Nathalie Normandeau . And we see now with France Dionne who obtains a position of Assistant Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Culture, a ministry not very useful and rather parasitic (ie téteux subsidies).
Questions Benoit Dutrizac when he heard the news of the mouth of Antoine Robitaille Le Devoir are very accurate and legitimate. There was a competition in formal and non-biased by partisan interests? Was there a real need or is it once again a need invented from scratch by a Liberal politician of this corrupt government and worn rope? Is it a patronage appointment? Is it to thank the "step-sister" of his Herculean efforts in Kamouraska-Temiscouata? Is this it would be so demanding and so difficult to be in the liberal banner it takes concrete guarantees a job after in the event of failure?
the same time, we learned that the Charest government again signed checks to every wind squandering public funds and crushing debt on future generations (the pension fund of employees of the Montreal Public bailouts provincial and $ 200M annually to seniors without knowing if that money does not unnecessary bureaucracy and cost by putting the money where it does not work as Mario Dumont said so in speaking of our health care system). Like very bad father having no new ideas and concrete and demonstrating poor management of seedy filth, the Charest government to "buy" wipe the slate clean and forget the billion dollar scandals buys thousands of gifts left and right and wondered why it is not appreciated and even more despised ultimately .
When I see the corrupt Liberal government to the bone, I'm a little more federalist junk sauce PLQ dangled illusions of renewed federalism or "asymmetrical federalism", I get an ultra-federalist power while small Federal PLQ go get dressed.
There will be a federal election soon, well, I rely on Stephen Harper to tighten the screws in tight to the Quebec government, to starve, to dry completely the public finances of this government is corrupt and worn so that they can not spend a penny more in so-called "investments" to which each time proving to be gifts to grease Greek friends of the party. I therefore propose that each listing of squandering public funds, the CCP section of the same number of equalization québecoise because of mismanagement of public funds, it could be a great start to starve the state Liberal gargantuan monster.
Government Charest is scratching his head wondering how they could sign another check to make love to a population that hates them viscerally a large majority. However, it is not checks that Quebeckers want, these are cuts, CUTS, real savings up to 30.40 and even 50% in departments, office towers and corporate status Hydro-Quebec, Loto-Quebec, the SAQ, SAAQ and other crap state of the genre. Is to hear the words "cut", "debt reduction", "privatization," "elimination of deficits" "Reducing state spending," "efficiency", "productivity" that the Quebecois in vast majority want to hear from the government since the time of public finances is critical and time to throw good money after bad windows to "buy" votes is literally gone and that the old ways of doing politics are partisan thing of the past because the typical Quebecois is honest, upright, honest, proud and honest and expects exactly the same from his government that he wants to bring more citizens into the cynicism and disaffection share his dealings to continue to return his band of corrupt MPs and ministers sucking powers, privileges leaning very stiff teats of the state's spending power and money from public funds always seems to run afloat year after year to gouvernemaman.

A coalition ADQ-CAQ-Legault? Beware of traps from the left-left so-called lucid

Last Monday, February 21, Francois Legault is finally out in the media after his silence last six months. Personally, if you want my opinion on the subject, I say to the ADQ and other people over the center-right and right, be careful before giving the good god no confession to Francois Legault and co.
course Like many people, I saw everybody talking about it. The main problem we had with Francois Legault is that he speaks from both sides of the mouth. On air, he flatters the hair of Montreal in praising the subsidized crop in the bone and said it would take even more BS to the culture and tartistes as if we do not give enough and even too. The same side, he said he should not be deprived of health, no two-tier system but said Mario Dumont, continue to invest money in what does not work by going there in a series wishful thinking as BECAUSE if it was St. Francis, it would work this one here even though it's been 40 years since this system is seriously flawed and that we continue to inject new money without real, tangible results and significant worth the trouble to be mentioned further that the "patching" hole besides inefficiency and unproductive union system. Also in the same vein, he refused to abolish the structures such as school boards and health agencies talking instead of wanting to shake a little screw but not too much, should not scare our good socialist gau-left and our association. On the other hand, he denounced lip service unions and left or right to left. More when we hear warmly applaud Legault everyone talks about it, it's far from a compliment, especially when we talk about someone supposedly center-right.
Nevertheless, I have tried here to make a brief non-exhaustive list of advantages and disadvantages of the fifth lane Legault after the PLQ, the PQ, QS and the ADQ.
Benefits
1 - The main advantage of Francois Legault as leader compared with Gerard Deltell is François Legault is better known as Gerard Deltell especially when it comes to Montreal, where Gerard is a complete stranger. However, in the Quebec region, Gerard wins hands down. All that remembers Quebec Francois Legault, what are his bad shots education in Bouchard and his useless gérémiades in opposition to the PQ time he bows out in 2009.
2 - polls but take it with a grain of salt. The novelty effect is there for many. When the dust has settled, people revert to their old habits if you have not managed to hook them up with concrete proposals, tangible, achievable and above all encrypted with a vision and plans LONG TERM cuts, spending cuts. Especially if fallen from the clouds, people realize that the movement Legault is nothing more than what the PQ and the PLQ has to offer and without the boldness and courage of the proposals ADQ break and reduction size of the state. Shoo natural and would return at a gallop.
3 - Starting again, REALLY. Again, it is the novelty effect and all beautiful brand new operating its magic. Is the last bubblegum 10 years as our beautiful bubblegum charest of fanatics who brainwash and can not imagine being anything other than vote their good old liberal dictatorship? Time will tell but first we will know if an egg omelet with Legault or if a majestic eagle triumphant lies in coconut.
Disadvantages
1 - A coaltion imply that everyone should put water in his wine and the ADQ should put in his wine that it has already too diluted in the past. Is this beautiful marriage of convenience will be successful or will be a monumental flop which will allow the re-election handily Jean Charest December 8, 2013 (after five years he has taken because there are two right hands on the wheel) which would be a living nightmare for 80% of Quebec's population (of which at least 10% of liberals who want ardently his resignation). Large red spots on the face should light ADQ dreamers who still believe in miracles and the tooth fairy and the political messiah in the person of Francois Legault. Wake up and smell the coffee guys as the English say. 2
- the obligation to distinguish themselves from traditional parties which is not meeting with François Legault (at least not yet, but it is very late to change idea). Legault says he will change his mind on grants left and right at the other BS tartistes luxury to its template Interventionism to Bernie Landry Québec inc. To tighten the screw must be tight- tight for employees, unions, unnecessary bureaucracy and so on, private health, abolition of school boards, regional boards of health, REAL job cuts and benefits, etc..
3 - We should agree on who will be the leader. As for me, Francois Legault is a gau-left semi-lucid disappointed to have been packed for the leadership of the PQ is back on the dream, confabulation and fantasy and in addition has the nerve to want to take the head of the ADQ and commonly settle a Gerard Deltell which held at arm's length the fort for more a year and a half in Quebec and the national assembly with four MPs while receiving the "friendly fire" of former allies. In regard to "mental toughness", Gerard passes the test. Legault? What he has to his credit? What has he ever stood up when he was in power? What he has done concrete with the Ministry of Education apart from clogging Leak?
No need also to remember that, like Pauline Marois and Jean-Marc Fournier of this world, Francois Legault is one of those ghosts that saw the bank account diminish drastically since the retreat out of the closet like zombies Policy and reveulent a salary from the National Asssemblée going to seek a second severance pay and a pension fund for a much more generous retirement even more golden in the sun. For so-called great reformers and reducing the size of the state could use some work. For left or right to left caviar and perks of politics, it is right in the mile.

The Coliseum would ever defecating in the hands of gouvernemaman Charest?

I said it before and I still think if JJ Charest led with 80% of voting intentions in the region Quebec, the coliseum how could he have? The answer to My humble opinion is: zero plus a big bar inside. This is what happens in politics when you're taken for granted: the politicians in power do not give you anything, they'll shit in your hands and you openly laugh in the face. (As for the Conservatives at the federal level, the strategy is different, they have deliberately chosen to win the next election without Quebec.)
Charest If JJ wanted to make a coliseum or subway cars to please his electorate natural and faithful, he would have done these projects in Westmount, Darcy McGee or St. Lawrence in cities like Kirkland, Baie d'Urfe, St-Laurent and Westmount. At worst go, he would mounted in Shawville from one in the end there. However, in politics, everything is done by opportunism and Charest PLQ is the archetype of opportunism.
But there is a premise for political expediency: capitalize on ignorance and crass stupidity of people and hope they do not know what the left hand is doing while the right stirs in your face. In the case of Charest, the benefit of the doubt is long since past and we know exactly what Charest did. The more we fall asleep, the less follow the policy, the less the better participate in the final results. In the West Island, 60% or more, we vote Liberal or they abstain from voting.
The funniest in this particular case, it is total and constant improvisation of this government. They agonize us and we will make it very insecure because of their incompetence in all matters they touch. They can change their mind dozens of times in the space of a few months. A (e) as (it) is not the case, you hop on (the) fired. A state license to kid does not work, check to hop a friendly firms. The case is known, hop, we say we will no longer check. One day, we monitor spending, the other is wasted and squandered the money Taxpayers with every wind. One constant: the core of key players remain the same and must remain the same, it sends the new "bat" to believe in change and throw dust in the eyes while you carefully and jealously guard the status quo because during that time, friends and pocketing pocketing big. They think we do skin continuously and shamelessly, they will realize that sometimes reaches a point of no return and that even the most blindly loyal constituencies.
The Charest government is acting with his constituents as a Don Juan acts with his wife, with little recognition and contempt for those remaining faithful to the position. The greatest gifts we offer them our flirtations, they must coax, tame them, put them in our pocket, as one is a bit clumsy and aunt of nature is done with the only thing we know: the christi Nanan we indebted ourselves, our children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren noseam ad.
It is nevertheless important to NEVER put the system in question. When questioned, it diverts attention. Democracy is in Danger: bam, a Nanan, there is corruption and collusion in construction, ottoman, Nanane biggest yet. When the patient vomited because he nanana has ate too much, he made a show of Bastarache Butt as the Committee to make him believe that intends to change the system (yes, the intention but the intention to change it for worst question to evict the objectivity and impartiality and replace it with supporters and friends filled the nose around the affairs of the state). By cons, if there are contracts to give to friends of the party, there is obviously nothing too good or too expensive.
But this sudden "reconsideration" sudden these "flats" would they because despite the fact that we make the news in French as the new go to the English media even when the West Island and although the victories are assured in these counties, it could be dangerous or risky to raise questions among some sections of the population sleeping gas in fraudulent practices which are woven in PLQ? It can sometimes be risky to awaken people sleeping, do not we say that we must be wary of standing water?
Does this also would be in the same vein as what happens with prosecutors, there is nothing to gain in terms of votes and gains in counties that carefully reconsider the "verséees increases?
You will say, yes, but they give unions and other bureaucratic organs by cons: correct but in this case, it is not to cast it to quiet popular discontent. Everything is made and designed to put people to sleep for PLQ gas. Look at the men PLQ all very drab, dull, dull, lifeless, monotonous. Everything to be erased, the game play very very low profile and certainly, perhaps because in the end.
The bottom line is ask yourself this question: would you give the keys to your store to Sam for Hammad there manages your marketing staff? Would you let your Michele Courschesne children? Would you let Jean Charest manage your plant's nails? If you answered no to all these questions then tell me why the devil if you refuse to personally manage their few thousand dollars in your name why you let them manage the billions of dollars of expenditure in the province? Intentionally

How To Get Rid Of Nevers Basketball
In the absence of an overall vision and long term, the Charest government's promises and sprinkling "gugussage" in the keynote speech
Related Link (excellent article by Cousin Vinnie Marissal): http://www.cyberpresse.ca/chroniqueurs/vincent-marissal/201102/24/01-4373381-trop-vague-trop-tard.php?utm_categorieinterne = = trafficdrivers & utm_contenuinterne cyberpresse_B40_chroniqueurs_373561_accueil_POS1
I could tell you that I am extremely disappointed with the PM's inaugural speech and I found him and his band really an immeasurable pathos, however, I am sure everyone like you, you do that make my moods first and second, that it indeed may be tinged with partisanship, so as to make in this field, do good and say what I would have expected as discourse as a person realistic and pragmatic approach recognizing the need to cut the fat, cut unnecessary programs and unnecessary and generally reduce the size of the state.
Curious about how the ONLY way to Jean Charest could survive as Prime Minister until the next election without eating an electoral drubbing unprecedented drubbing which would indeed be very intensively sought and earned by him under the circumstances ? Become a TRUE David Cameron as in Britain, as a Chris Christie in New Jersey or even closer to home, a Mike Harris or Ralph Klein.
The way he should have addressed the matter, first, stop giving us the taste of vomit by putting glasses pink Pepto Bismol. If there is any thing that people with an ounce of common sense and realism hate most profoundly in the world, are the 'phonies', clichés and rhetoric. In short, some do not yet know but they hate everyone about the method Charest. In this sense his "Quebecers are the best thing that humanity has created (or something). "Was probably the worst thing to say in such circumstances that is true, false or bogus has absolutely no impact. This is simply blatant lack of decision but hey, it was the Liberals who purzédurs Charest spoke any how the "communication breakdown" total and complete is done for already more than six months between the population and Jean Charest.
Anyway, instead of the piecemeal, distribution Nanan, what we really need is someone like Prime Minister would happen, getting angry and making his point on the red table the large vein of anger out in the front and saying, for a change of boots and lichage Tetaga indecent that has no place given the state of public finances:
"Quebec's debt is made a point of no return, there more gifts for anyone else under any pretext. We must cut spending ANY state apparatus in full COMPANIES INCLUDED states (not just the departments as the fiscal effort of 58% is implied). We limit ourselves to the REAL minimum. We'll do the TRUE household, we will CUT ACROSS. No official is immune. I would abolish at least 30% of staff positions in offices. I will cut the salaries of all deputies, ministers, I will remove five ministerial positions. I will address the union monopolies, they have too much power in Quebec, the Rand formula must be abolished. We will tell them the absolute truth: the state coffers are empty and there is no question that I ask for more from the CON-taxpayer, there are limits to be the highest taxed citizens in North America after viarge. It will hurt very badly but we have no choice. Debt is like a widespread cancer and to avoid bankruptcy at all costs and the establishment of Quebec not by its creditors that it will dictate its three million will, he must at all costs and regain our independence is through independence Financial everything must first pass and without a disciplined, highly strict and rigid public finances, Quebec is heading straight into the abyss. It takes more than words, it is gestures, concrete steps and let me start (even if it is too little too late) to reduce my work if not blasting remediation expenditures.
Obviously, the seriousness of the issue requires us to substantially reduce the madness that we want to build collectively as Quebecois implying that the 200 million to invest in a future Coliseum will be a large amount 5 times less (ie reduced to 40 million) of which half will be paid as investment with charges if any, and the other half as a loan repayable to the company private will want to build. I would expect such a contribution also from the federal government. The same logic applies to the 200 million that MSO will also be reduced to 40 million investment, the rest will be provided by the private sector. The private sector is not enough "game" to finance trips of bourgeois Péteux? Too bad so sad, not o problem, I made you my place in Montreal and also talked about the walk (walk the talk). I
privatize everything is privatized, leaving to keep only the courts if necessary. We will cut health, education, care for seniors. In education, school boards will be abolished and the schools will be subject to the dictates of performance and competitiveness. Instead of subsidizing the teachers, unions and other parasites of the system, the parent must be subsidized, which will take the responsibility to choose what is best for her child. The best schools will have the best results, the best students and will be the crème de la crème of our society. It is high time to promote excellence at the expense of culture of mediocrity and the race to the bottom institutionalized. Child care at $ 7 will be abolished, ditto for QPIP. At the risk of repeating myself, we do not at all afford it all and anyway, I've always used for purely electoral reasons. Off, for me, Jean Charest, the electioneering is over. I am a Chris Christie of myself and I tell anyone who will listen to start with all those who suck the teats intensively the Quebec government: I do not care as in the year 40 to be reelected. If you have to put myself in the door, at least I peace of mind of having a real household Quebec. "That
the speech that I heard and liked is the speech of a politician responsible, disciplined, mature and rigorous as we would have had.
Not fooling around, the Tetaga of gugussage Sansu of the state apparatus. If you want to get out of the hole, he'll have to stop thinking in societal parasite, cultivate this mentality should be avoided which is equivalent to financial suicide and take individual responsibility as collective guarantors of our freedoms are. Laser Hair Removal, Will I Regret A Brazilian?
policy PLQ down another notch with Julie Ball
Asked what last weekend by the very relevant (use a semi-sarcastic tone) VAT journalists know what she thought of the movement Legault-Sirois, former Transport Minister Julie fallen "boots cowboy "Ball said of the touch sensitivity in a burst of deep intellectual and scholarly analysis sought (read sarcastically):" We must remember that it is a separatist. "
Well, we did not know that the former Liberal Charles Sirois was a nasty separatist power but hey, we is not an intellectual shortcut near the PLQ. Looks like my old philosophy teacher in Cegep, arguments are like paintings, there are thicker than others.
This "incident", flatulence among a mountain of manure you say, demonstrates how the level of public debate down another notch to the PLQ, the more that this is the party that still entitled to more than two years in power according to our present democratic rules (that will be agreed in the book of man and woman in the world, we speak more than 21 months to 33 months in power as to do the remaining four years and not five years as John wants "I have five years 2 hands on the wheel" Charest). We realize that every time, unfortunately many people think they have reached the shallows, they always manage to consistently lower the bar of their record of mediocrity.
And come to think, is that the former Liberal minister has the guts to call his colleague, Finance of the same name? Raymond Bachand that I know, is a former PQ, right? And the Minister of Education who voted yes in 1995, Lyne Beauchamp? And what about the recent appointments of former PQ? Diane Lemieux Construction and Lucien Bouchard in shale gas well that intention to appoint Serge Menard Single anti-collusion that wants to found the Liberal Party as a substitute and if he could escape a public inquiry on the field construction and fraud and embezzlement in the same field. It's funny when it comes to construction, we are ready to throw billions from the windows but when it is the Crown Prosecutors who want to approach the Canadian average, it is stingy as Scrooge.
So in conclusion, before you go to an outdated argument worthy of Lysianne Gagnon, Alain Dubuc and André Pratte of this world, the former transport minister replaced by Sam Hammad should just moderate his transports and look carefully within his own party to identify and point fingers all those who directly or far have flirted with the sovereignty movement and take the opportunity to throw them at the door and make a great purge anti-sovereignty within the PLQ. I think there would be enough heads that would roll the PLQ might lose his precious majority of four members.
Or is it that there are two weights, two measures to the PLQ, the separatists in the party are ok, but others do not deserve discuss the idea with PLQ but deserve to be pointing the finger by having to deal with all the jokes. Is this the debate idea is to have the PLQ with Quebecers?

Annual Christmas Light Competition
An electoral strategy as good The
You have not voted in 2008: Shame on you, do not repeat the same mistake in 2013 regardless of the degree of cynicism that stirs in you the government. You can consider anything other than vote the party in power, ie, the PLQ? Shame on you, but also in 2013, stay home, find you have anything to do or go cancel your vote.
You vote for one (e) Candia (e) yes, but you also vote for a prime minister and your beautiful choice "local" meant that you elect probably the worst Prime Minister to Quebec life, so think about it two times before making your little cross to your local issues in small sauce crap. The best interests of the province pass before your self-centered interests.
My advice: Let's go with a simple strategy and the basic assumption that the past is (often unfortunately) of the future: your MP is Liberal and you want it defeated in 2013 and this is your goal? Here is what you MUST do:
1 - Go to the Chief Electoral Officer in the 2008 election
Related Link and source of information: http://www2.electionsquebec.qc.ca/corpo/francais/elections -General-provincial.asp? event = 2008 & mode = & section = n3 # resultats_gen resul
2 - Click on the 2008 election results, go ahead and choose your constituency by constituency.
3 - Identify the second highest number of votes, you do not like this party? Cover your nose and vote for the same.
Your MP is not the Liberal Party and you're afraid of the new candidate Featured Liberal they will put in your riding? I would say premium on safe but remember the adage: "Better safe than sorry", plug your nose and vote for (the) candidate (s) in place.
Here's a short list of deputies who must leave the PLQ since elected in 2013 with small majorities, if they do not, dear friends, is that there will be too lazy asses "or lazy ass which have not been voted.
1 - Pierre Corbeil (Abitibi-Est): 515 vote majority, the candidate closest Alexis Wawanoloath (PQ) 42% of non-participation (a small effort please after 10 years of Charest 2013)
2 - Robert Dutil (Beauce-Sud): 570 vote majority, the candidate closest: Claude Morin (ADQ), 40% of non-participation (please a little effort after 10 years Charest in 2013)

Frequently Asked Questions (I am amused to ask me questions so that you do not have to)
Q1: If (the) candidate (e) of the other party fails to appear in 2013, what what I do?
A1: Under the said policy, you prefer the party in second position
Q2: The counties have been targeted in what scale?
R2: I tried to list everything that was down from 2500 votes of a majority, I may have forgotten I confess and I apologize in advance if this is the case .
Q3: With only 15 members under the PLQ would be 50 and still have the possibility of forming a minority government.
R3: Again, I do not have any listed, we have seen, however, that goal victories were possible as we have seen in Kamouraska-Temiscouata last November when the same PLQ had over 7,000 votes majority, then almost anything is possible.
Q4: Such a strategy would give us a PQ minority government at the very least?
R4: This is the big flaw of this strategy, if like me, you feel unable to vote PQ by conviction or for other reasons xyz, vote for the 3rd party list (Generally, it was the ADQ and with few exceptions for counties QS leftmost)
Q5: Yes, but candidates from other parties have also experienced goal victories .
R5: I am perfectly conscious and that's why I invited everyone to go see the 2008 position of their constituencies and in the case of tight victories from a party other than the PLQ, maintain the candidate (s) in place by the said strategy.
Q6: I am an anarchist anti-system and I believe that democracy is the vile state capitalism or yet I am libertarian and I see the elections as a nuisance to the free market.
A6: Can you leave your beliefs aside for a moment and follow the simple recipe strategic? No? It is thanks to people like you who refuse to speak that Jean Charest has been able to establish its virtual dictatorship with a democracy rigged in favor of an effort PLQ then please?
Q7: Where is the party to Legault in this strategy?
A7: Do I really need to answer this question. Legault, he plotted his return to the PQ in my humble opinion and if Lulu and lucid have not left the party, I do not see how Legault a type far less charismatic Lucien Bouchard could get there. Anyway, time will tell and as said the good friend Claude Poirier: "We'll see how it goes. "
Q8: You're nothing but a host of my tabarnak PQ!
R8: I want it to say yes to please you but it is not. I never said anywhere if I agree or disagree with this strategy or way of doing this, I'm exposing a simple and simplistic theory to show that the QLP can be beaten in a way which Simplicity is confusing if people follow the game plan. Now, if only the ideal situation to have the PQ as a majority government? The answer is of course not. Is it possible for a new party as the band Legault drilling on the radar screen and steal enough counties to take power in a minority at the very least? Anything is possible in politics as it is possible that the ADQ achieves this feat they have curly achieve in 2007 and in my opinion deserved to have. If there were not these counties that vote to 90% liberal, I believe that the case was in the bag for the ADQ at the time.
Moreover, the PQ is not in power, it will Maybe one day but time will tell. Strategically

Female Stripper Videios
another five year term of Jean Charest
The survey results show a narrow victory of 4 years, which should in fact be the norm not the exception
The survey that I proposed to my readers ago just days followed statements offensive, outrageous and grossly insulting fundamentally that Premier Charest said cavalier fashion and the punch as is his style (to say little but every time you open your mouth and say outrageous vulgarities shocking question to provoke and elicit reactions from majority opposition and laughing in his beard with his gang of clowns somnambulism-asleep in his own image, these little robots programmed in advance that he was put underneath him and who are true copies of the chef and his speech beast dry and frankly designated for congenital idiots). Obviously, I talk about these famous terms of five years as it deserved and that he was able conferred by any divine powers.
The worst part of it is that he is obviously right, the election law specifies a maximum of five years in office. So yes ti John condescending, you are right my blink-ti, the correct answer is five years that is not the issue, the question is whether in bulk, you métirez PLQ this five-year term. Hence the need for clear rules, simple and defined. The simplest rule and elementary that we should have and I said, I repeat and I kill myself to repeat, is the fixed term (written in capital letters here to single-mindedness that is very difficult to understand and reason) for four years.
But get me wrong, the kid myself five years at the highest point. But what is even more deeply disturbing for democracy that the 10 eternities a term of five years means (six months is an eternity right?), Is uncertainty and excessive mobility than the date Election implies when it is not fixed dates. This uncertainty, this mobility, this flexibility is fully recovered in the hands of the Prime Minister that he (or she) alone (e) determines when and date of next general elections and that's too much power to leave in the hands of one person. Obviously, JJ Charest has mastered the game to put the elections when it's more advantageous to him and his party. And I think if you have not seen it yet or you're not yet seen is a lost cause, you do not ever make account but you will surely stupid but happy, but happy and cuckolds as our Minister of Finance, Mr. Raymond Bachand Happiness we said so well a year ago: The important thing is to be happy as a people (the bad guy Hello separatist national-statist PLQ).
So if we have the right to petition for the resignation of JJ Charest, a petition strongly deserved given the alarming rates of chronic dissatisfaction despite calls for censorship anti-free expression of his henchman sent to beat Moreau, a petition for term limits to four years would be fixed properly, are there members to listen to for support?
Greetings quinquennial,

Imagine my surprise to learn via the new VAT ( How credible source after all, not without stuffing, some do a good honest job in this position) a law concerning the disposal of ashes is about to be adopted in Quebec. Indeed according to this law coming, people wishing to dispose by will their ashes

You know what I think this position is not it? I obviously think that the government should we consecrate the peace at least after our death.
The worst part of this whole story is that the fundamental reason in my humble opinion is that this is still a law like the laws on quotas download the oligopoly that Telus / Bell / Videotron Rogers wants to impose on small companies through their pressure the CRTC is a law not to protect the "ashes" of the person who decides what she wants to do with her body after death if the family wants to meet this but a willingness law exists to protect the industry from crematoria, protect their sales and rentals of urns as is the case for people who have buried the requirement of being in a cemetery.
In a truly free society of free-market forces alone would put the laws concerning safety and health of all side disposal of bodies and ashes to prevent contagion, disease and epidemics. The rest does not look that only family and friends. The "racket" of death both in the exhibition of the ceremony and monuments already costs quite expensive as that without that forces people to flauber cash for anything again, it comes already abundantly dip into our pockets like that. In terms of what our intentions at the disposal of our bodies also funestre macabre as it may seem at first glance, so leave the bereaved family decide what they want and try instead to respect the sanctity -holy wishes of the deceased instead of disgust us by forcing citizens to "dealer" with industries, not just making a profit with the free market want to force the note to compel people to act against their will and against their last wills.

The state of advanced ignition Jean Charest and his government
Related Link: http://www.ledevoir.com/galeries-photos/sondage-leger-marketing-le-devoir-aucune-embellie-pour-charest/72710
Another devastating Leger Marketing the Charest government just released today. This survey is in itself another re-re-confirmation (the thousandth line) from the point of no return reached for ages (a year and a half now) by Jean Charest and his government. Charest redesign its beautiful maps of all the possible ways (an armful of two pikes, it still gives two of spades once gauntlets), dismissing the world he wants, give large gifts to cities like Quebec then there is a lack of any serious and vitally with 200 million of our taxes and our taxes in a building 100% public for a new coliseum, nothing works. It seems that Charest would give the moon it would not help things in any way. The inevitable conclusion
must be made by the highest authorities of the establishment of PLQ: Jean Charest is a politician finished, burnt and even I would say as many as Eric Duhaime and Benoit Dutrizac (to show that this finding comes as of the left and right) in a state of ignition advance.
Jean Charest and his government is a total break of communication with the Quebecois. This relationship reminds me of the guy who madly in love with his ex that he slammed the door last year and a half continues to pretend and live as if there was still a chance to return things when everything is cooked advance. However, the type does not let go: he sends her flowers, leaves him with warm words on a piece of paper in his door, called her home, sent him emails, letters, messages and text messages, nothing happens, the daughter wants nothing to do, she wants him to go out of his life. However, it is well filled (in the figurative sense) because there is a 34 month lease their common so she has no choice but to endure her face all this time. The guy stubborn, stubborn and obstinate in the wrong way which does not include tent then go for broke. He is indebted to the bone and having trouble paying their portion of rent and food but never mind, he wants the moon and impress at the highest point and it was then that he buys a brand new BMW and the car in question is awaiting the girl in his driveway (commonly called in driveway the English). Obviously in our history, it is the contribution to the coliseum to 200 million from the province. He said, darling, this BMW is for you, my friend Regina told me to buy to please you, it's worth $ 100 000 and I've already paid half cash to the dealer and the other I take it up with a loan on my debt. And answer him in tact tact: "Are you out of your mind? Are you turned mad? You have trouble paying the rent, you eat Mr. Noodles constantly because you do not have enough cash for something else and you have trouble you dress decently but you find the I pay cash for a BMW then you know very well that it's over between us? "
That's exactly the situation that lasts and lasts for about a year and a half with Jean Charest, the dissatisfaction rate is consistently at least 75% and even comes in his best day as it comes to recently, it's always the 75% dissatisfaction which implies that about 10% of people who vote Liberal are dissatisfied and that's assuming that 100% of those who vote for other parties ( PQ, ADQ, QS etc) are also 100% satisfied with the Charest government. Be loosely could easily go to a four liberal who wants to see his supervisor from question to give his party a chance to be reelected and the others are likely to resolve the inevitable defeat. The finding
fateful and inevitable even if the finding may seem fatalistic negativity and some eternal optimist who plaient to see the glass a quarter full rather than three-quarters empty is: Jean Charest should absolutely resign if he wants given a chance his party to win the next election. Obviously, in any other party where democracy is healthy, we would not wait after the little white smoke means that the pope is dead and it is time to re-elect another and it would make wearing a huge ball which is the main thorn in the foot party . But it is the PLQ blessed with a bunch of yes-men who owe their positions and functions directly to the wishes of Jean Charest. In other words they say to members and employees of the PLQ: "You have a job, we pay you big bidous even if you are very incompetent (e) and very inexperienced (e) your duties while employed Shut up and do exactly what you're told to do and say if you do not want to find yourself unemployed directly and in a few months on the straw to suck the BS. Then, it gives what it gives, a gang of green plants that grow only if the leader tells them to grow. Well, well, you just criticized openly and intensively Mario Dumont for this type of scam which was 100 times less worse when they were in the ADQ official opposition while for Mr. Free Ride in person, Jean Charest, while goes like butter in the pan because the QLP the eyes of many liberals fanatical entitled to all the chances in the world but it's ADQ, a single error, oops, it's threats of disappearance of the electoral map.
But tell me one question, are we REALLY surprised at the results of the survey? You reap what you sow and you judge the tree by its fruit even according to the PM, so the final verdict came down. Liberals do what needs to be done and the last Liberal closes the light before leaving.

What Temperature Does Pvc Pipe Freeze
Francophones all "white niggers"? Really? 100% Financing Package
A website denounces discrimination of Bill 101 with racial slurs, derogatory defamatory and the pen of a Jim Brown (ParkAvenueGazette) who has the nerve to call in extra Francophone "white niggers" (why not fucking French frogs suddenly gone). Two wrongs do not make was right they say in English. Bah, we must believe that it applies only to one side for some, we preach to our church or you do not preach. Right?
"You are way behind The Times, John, Just Like the illiterate white niggers Who voted for you! " What a way to talk to his prime minister to retort that your humble servant, especially for someone that we elected so often eyes closed. That's what happens when you're not interested or very little in politics and that one is also quite illiterate on economics also (this is a charge that is certainly a good thrashing of wood I agree however I think, the best have already buggered off for ages is well known and if this is true in francos, this seems doubly true of our cons-speaking part, judging from what the site in question ).
mention the " republished due to popular demand " that one sees at the beginning of the said article. Coudonc, is what readers of this site have the IQ turd in a lack of strong feeling? Being a regular hard this blog, I'd be insulted if you despise my intellect cavalierly or I might be too stupid to realize it eventually.
In addition, they have the nerve to ask people to post ads on their site for only $ 5 per month, wow! What a deal! Send "white niggers", the "fucking frogs," the cry baby, come to dinner at Jack Ass regale you can chew. Site hate lack of advertising, it should do the same.
The group in question is 100% representative said 50% of the clientele of Jean Charest ie Anglophone and allophone communities cultural. Even the most radical anti-Jean Charest are unwilling to say such enormity, but in this case there is no shortage of intellectual shortcuts.
one of two things is that we are dealing with a type of immaturity worthy of a retarded teenager who tries to make it interesting in every way imaginable, or a person who really need a better therapy for anger management.
And this comes from a guy who has never had any problem with Howard Galganov Nutik Allen and Bill Johnson of this world because they knew, except slight excesses and wrongdoing, explain their views and report cases of actual discrimination language that I am far from questioning here using an argument posed based on facts and logic, not insults, provocation , the invective and outright racist epithets (racial slurs).
Using the term "white nigger" to describe the French in North America and denigrating their language, saying it is "patois" and "slang" like saying that a Canadian English speaking slang because they do not focus 100% is Anglo-British NOT an acceptable way to justify a frenzy of paranoid schizophrenia paranoid limits. When Howard Galganov received death threats because he was Jewish and that he was treated as a "kike" (derogatory term to describe an English Jew) in referring to atrocities committed by Hitler and the Nazis, he did not hesitate to complain to the police. I hope this will be the same for this website that will definitely without a shadow of a doubt against the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and hateful as defined by the Canadian Criminal Code.
The worst is that I understand their claims anti-Law 101, but it does not correct an error by committing a worse (two wrongs do not make a right). As I said, we can negotiate with people raised in good faith and who can listen to reason and have a lively and healthy debate on the issue. Faced with threats of violence and retaliation, we can not say that children need to be treated as children and as each finds his cloth rag, maybe Bill 101 is just made for children like this that need to be told and explain what is morally acceptable and what is downright defamatory, freedom of expression extra and common sense and common sense as a bonus.
If this is the kind of territory where the fanatical and hateful Francophobia want to have, free them, I believe that indeed they are ripe for separation from the rest of Quebec. Whether Canada will want to welcome people conducted by others who show a blatant lack of civility and rude, it is another question that only they have the "freedom" to respond adequately.
Incidentally, I wonder if we see Maxime Bernier as a hero at Park Avenue Gazette or even if it is a "fucking frog" and a "white nigger" by the standards and obviously very "Parkavenuetistes" what kind of sub-human is devoid of any logic and human reason to add needless of a human soul?

Spandex Camel Toe Problem
BSC1: Balance part
We
here in mid-February and it is after the 4-month course that I finally have the opportunity to take the time to write a post about the progress of this first year Bachelor. Many of you have to contact me via email, facebook, or through the blog comments and I thank you. I am thrilled that my articles have helped you somewhat in your thinking and your choices. I will try, on occasion, to make a compilation of standard questions I receive and the answers I proposed to give the information that appears to be missing in my articles.
Going back to the beginning of BSC1, as you can get doubt, it is a very large workload. I am fortunate to have a working method that allows me not to spend my life in my textbooks, and yet I must admit that we need a good management of his schedule to successfully do what you will, extracurricular committees, including leisure and personal life.
Overall, the year is divided into three terms each having a series of intermediate and final examinations, or examinations every 1 ½ months on average. Added to this optional courses, known as "elective", which be merged, next year in the compulsory curriculum.
The main body consists of the following aggregates:
To pass the year, must be validated each quarter by obtaining an average of the branches that comprise less than 4 ( a maximum of 6). Each branch consists generally of a final exam as well as at-least one intermediate examination (the branch of Human Resource Management, for example, included a final exam, a case study staff to make a written case study group to submit to oral, a case study group to attend writing and classroom assessment). If a
quarters was due to not being validated, a resit in August takes place in order to rectify this and allow the curriculum to continue normally.
I am currently two weeks of final exams of the second quarter, which means that the revisions will gently begin during evenings and weekends (since classes continue until the exam week). This gives an idea of my schedule.
However, contrary to popular belief, I enter a quiet period, in my case, because the revisions related only quarter, there is not too much material to review. In addition, all my work group are completed and they are the ones that take a really long time (to give an example, the presentation of macroeconomics, which I will speak again at the end of this article has mobilized all my evenings for a week, weekend Full included).
level courses themselves are very much away from the preparatory year I mentioned in this article . The practice has completely disappeared, many courses are conducted in audience, and especially the subjects of the courses are totally oriented "economy, business, management, what am delighted at the highest point. As I had occasion to say some of those who sent me emails, I turn away more and more hotels facto strict to consider other horizons to explore at the end of school. But more details at this level will come in the weeks to come.
We always have to work a lot in groups, even more than last year, often with 2-3 different groups at the same time, this requires, again, a very careful management of time and its agenda.
classes are larger (approx. 100 in audience) thereby bringing a new dimension in oral presentations and brings the ease that we want to teach us when speaking in public.
The requested level is also much larger than in the PA, as expected. There is no leniency about citing sources, or to approximate the syntax. We see that we are at a university level and it feels good.
To give an idea a little clearer, I'll post below two jobs I have done. The first is the presentation of macroeconomics, done in groups I mentioned above and for analysis of the current situation of the hotel market in the United Kingdom as well as econometric forecasting (by linear regression method) until 2013. The presentation should not exceed 20min.
The second is a record of sociology courses "elective", prepared individually. The instruction asked what he does not exceed approx. 1,000 words.
In conclusion, this first year of Bachelor corresponds perfectly to what I came up at the Lausanne Hotel School, namely an instruction on a business hotel. Our teachers are very professional and effective and, for the most part, really exciting and inspiring.
I will make a more detailed review later this year of how the course unfolded.
Until the next article, I wish you all good luck for the continuation of your studies. Feel free to contact me by email or leave a comment.

- Quarter 1, The basics of management
- Human Resource Management Marketing
- hospitality
- Microeconomics
- Quarter 2, Introduction to decision tools
- Office / Spreadsheets
- Accounting
- Introduction to Law
- Macroeconomics
- Quarter 3, Decision Tools
- Accounting Business Law Economics
- the hospitality industry
- Economy Tourism
- Quantitative Methods (statistics)

Images Of Impacted Fecus
public (provincial, municipal) for the new coliseum in Quebec, why am I dissatisfied
Before getting into the thick of things, let me tell you a story from a movie I had seen there about a decade and is the film "The Suckers " or translated into French by "crossers". This is not a film for the faint hearted and some racist remarks in the film (a black man who laughs at the Indians while the guy is Arab-Muslim and a boss who makes racist jokes n *****) risk shock to many or yellow make you laugh. Nevertheless, there is a sequence that is essential to remember from this movie and everything happens at the beginning especially, but also throughout the fim except the end which turns into dramatic action film series B. In this sequence, there is a seller of used cars sitting in his office with a potential buyer who seems very interested in a car XYZ data. The seller raises the potential buyer's trick question: "What is the maximum you could put on this car? And why this question is it a trick question will you tell me? What you can be naive ... the salesman will never drop below the maximum you just tell him, why would he? If you tell him, the most I can make is $ 20 000, it comes from knowing that you could afford to put $ 20 000. In fact, this $ 20 000 which is your maximum amount to be its floor price that will set in the negotiation that will lead with passion and verve by standing by the small package.
Similarly ideas, I find that the tandem-Charest Labeaume made figure of poor negotiator on the issue of whether they want private coliseum with Pierre-Karl Peladeau and other potential private investors in this world and I would add even vis-à- vis the federal government. Yet this is not the first time they are told. They just tell us that the city of Quebec and the province of Quebec would share the cost of an amphitheater 50-50 up to a maximum of 200 million. When I began my story earlier, you're probably wondering where I am went with my skis in the bathroom, right? Are you starting to understand where I'm going in this story? The question that kills Labeaume Charest, Hammad and company is: "Why the hell is it that Pierre-Karl Peladeau or any other potential investor or even the federal government would put a big red cent in any case when the provincial and municipal come to declare in unison that if nobody else shows up, they would both share the bill?
At first I thought the strategy of the Federal chick stingy or "cheap shot" especially given that the Quebecois in Quebec City were the only region to vote Conservative MASSIVELY last two federal elections, thank you to radio stations in Quebec City and more. But as time passed, I discovered that this was the strategy to get as many private as possible in the issue of financing of the new amphitheater in the city of Quebec. They would, in my humble opinion of expanding a small envelope of 20 million dollars and some (or even style double donations I have my place to encourage even more strongly the people of Quebec I have to subscribe to my place to give gifts to the foundation I have my place and get tickets in the said arena but otherwise the fact that they leave open the suspense has led many business to display their colors in the region Quebec and to show their keen interest in building a modern amphitheater and multi-functional in Quebec City to replace the outdated Pepsi Coliseum has more than 49 years (previously the mayor of St-Augustin-des- Moors, which offers a field of his city for the construction of the amphitheater, he had to do anyway). In itself, even if it was not perfect and rather awkward at times (remember the famous photo taken with the group of Conservative members donning the jersey of the Nordiques a few days before the march blue), the conservative strategy has reported far more dividends in terms of contribution possible that private advocated by the tandem-Labeaume Charest.
Then two things will happen in the way of approaching things the tandem Labeaume Charest-folder of the new coliseum and announcements that took place in the morning about the current financial arrangements for the new coliseum. To say as did Jean Charest that the doors of private and federal remained open but anyway the bill would be fully covered if they were not there really shows how weak and pathetic that the province has to negotiate. As shown previously, it does NOT the maximum loan to be invested when you want to buy something . We can talk to a minimum and even go to the very minimum, but very ridiculous as saying that we will all pay if nobody else shows up to pay the face is farcical and amateurism in the most total negotiations. On the other hand, one could read by cons, a planned strategy for the coliseum is 100% public and has always wanted Regis Labeaume and the fact of saying, "Hey, other people, we are investing and you? "Would fall more blackmail than a real desire that the federal government or the private sector is manifested in order to create an illusion of the screen when their question is asked:" And the private sector? Federal and in all this? . They may say "they are called, the door was open" by failing to specify the second part cons of affirmation.
Speaking of private, according to sources Dominic Maurais the issue Maurais live Choi Radio X, the supply of PKP for funding the coliseum was yet around 70 million plus $ 1 million per year for 20 years for the name of the coliseum. The killer question that I ask Labeaume chief negotiator of the city of Quebec and Quebec City Mayor: "Where is the investment promised by Quebecor in the financial exactly? "Let's be realistic
two seconds. Yet I was one of the first to get carried away by the participation of the provincial 45% even if everybody knows that Charest and his band inspire PLQ since he has both hands on the wheel and by hand in our wallets. I now realize that the promise to invest was good but perhaps too high given the financial means and capacity to pay Quebecois. Now that those who tried to make me cry crocodile tears when speaking of health and education go get dressed because they are far from rhetorical move me knowing that the private sector can play a much more prominent in these areas and that unfortunately does not or definitely not up to what should be done besides sports and shows can be seen by some as a great contribution to health and education of people whining for so cheap, could use some work in a pinch. However, when I see attorneys justice on strike and I discuss their demands as legitimate and, as minarchiste, statism most viable and most essential to a company that even many advocating capitalism and free market, it is the system of justice which must be adequate and paid accordingly high critical skills that we bring these people can make to society and in which we live, I say yes, then it picks me up and then I tell myself that there is a serious problem. Would it not then a question to ask in priorities and ask ourselves: the professional hockey and shows Lady Gaga and Co., it's great and very good trainer for youth (not get me wrong, big fan of Lady Gaga and the Nordiques, I think really and truly), however, the justice system and prosecutors prevail and we can not pay with money unlike private health and education. So is there no way to quantify what the union calls Crown prosecutors in the Quebec provincial government and give them much more than the 9% increase in Advanced leaves fetch 200 million in this that I consider noble and important (unlike the very cheap $ 100 000 given to the tsunami New Guinea for 4 years ago and shot to Haiti and Co.) but if you "chop" a small scratch in the 200 million have 20 million or 30 million maximum (I duplicate my place, walk the talk as they say), we ask another 30 million to 50 million with the federal law and that the Péladeau pays the rest to have a beautiful brand new coliseum 200 million and dust, we could build a super nice coliseum for that price and could easily fill the gaps in our justice system not to mention that if we had called the public inquiry, it would surely save a sudden 20-30 % of each invoice which is traded under construction Quebec.
But the worst part of the investment of Jean Charest (who does not have his notes I have from my place in the last I heard, correct me if I'm wrong) is that many liberals n 'have nothing to polish the coliseum and prefers to invest in education and health (to say with a stuffy nose and pinched the voice naziarde to Charest) not to mention all the other patent, trade unionists and left gau Réjean Parent of this world. The PLQ think he really buy votes in Quebec City as popular as the theme itself of the new amphitheater and the Quebec Nordiques? Think he save these seats will certainly be seriously threatened primarily by the ADQ (or the new party of François Legault comes a day if the world)? How do they feel the county who vote at 90% or more for a liberal candidate when they announced that there will be little or nothing for them while we give any wind to go attempt to "salvage" in "at-risk counties"? Respect for his loyal electoral base you have already said or guedounage shameless, shameless and shamelessly attempt to attract the votes of customers and unpredictable unfaithful. When I said that anglophones and allophones were very poorly served by the PLQ, here is another fine example to be included in your little book of notes after the contract was awarded to Bombardier in La Pocatière just before the partial-Kamouraska Témiscouata.
If francophones think they need a new party varies from center to left-right lucid and pragmatic Frankie Legault while a renovated ADQ would do nicely, and even more, especially since our friends Anglophone and allophone need a new party Equality will better represent them and who will work for them, their rights and demands while the PLQ his county merely to "pass the guitar" and take them for granted.

Rat Terrier Poodle Mix
Why PLQ it not only becomes the new party and for all equal ounces?
I will confess that I amble to find English very poorly represented by the PLQ. Perhaps it is even worse than in the days when Robert Bourassa was head of the Liberal Party and premier of Quebec since the quality really does not compare with Jean Charest as PM. I think these people would be much better represented by a party Equality.
I draw a parallel between this and the last event highlighting the controversy concerning the position of Maxime Bernier over Bill 101. I had this idea to start publishing well before the imbroglio Maxime Bernier, but now this new controversy resurrected from the ashes still warm debate on Bill 101 recently also revived by the cherished desire of some of the PQ radical wing voulent abolish access to all CEGEP English "not having" right ie that Bill 101 also applies to access for Francophone and Anglophone CEGEP allophones as it applies to primary and secondary (and the next logical step will be the university, right?)
I say precisely why the QLP would not become the new party whose equality and English and some French-speaking allophone need so much? We see Christine St-Pierre on TV tearing her blouse and we pay almost crocodile tears to make us believe she is outraged and appalled positions "libertarian" Maxime Bernier on Bill 101 and free choice but on the other side of his party is full of voting among communities sometimes virulently anti-Law 101. Do not forget that the PLQ fetches almost half its votes at this clientele who blindly elect, the least we would bow to their demands and wishes and much more to compensate for all the years they are commonly taken for granted and outrageously trying to get votes in French and even among nationalists with very limited success worthy excursions Development Gary Bettman hockey in the southern U.S., ie an almost complete failure just like when soothes unions to avoid popular discontent with their friends the media gau-left while piling on debt and charging the bill to the grandchildren of our grandchildren to reap virtually no additional vote of customers already gained strong PQ, that's even more dishonest and hypocritical especially when he promised to do exactly the opposite of what we are doing, ie buying peace. However, this can not last forever, this fraud, this deception, the false promises, something's got to give-as the English and it would explode across the next provincial election for sure.
However, back to the original question, why not become the PLQ Once and for all, the party equal the English-speaking allophones and that Quebec is like any other province it costs us less expensive: more than Bill 101, more OQLF, more money in culture, more money for St-Jean Baptiste: no more partying, galas, parties and festivals sponsored on behalf of the language and Culture Now if people want a party, whether the payment is what should be the Liberal Party because being equal, a province like the others, it is much cheaper and ultimately as we know it no longer afford to shovel the debt to future generations. In the same vein, back to the Canada Pension Plan and abolish this tax and give it entirely to federal management. Anyway, when managing our own money, whenever it ends in the competition that it would not put more in their pockets then hop transfer of any perception of fiscal responsibility taxes to Ottawa and other provinces as we await the final check point.
Anyway, with the PLQ current office, I become an ultra-federalist power, I want everything to be managed at the federal level and give them the least amount of money in the hands because we know all mismanagement of your public funds they can do.
We may not like Maxime Bernier, we may not like his libertarian philosophy (rather than actually conservative because yes Bill 101 in its philosophy is very conservative in the purest terms, and sometimes diametrically opposed to libertarianism) and vision of freedom, we may deplore his cavalier to have sneaked into the media telling them stupidly go read my blog (coudonc is the new fashion politicians fleeing journalists as Charest Labeaume and him?) but you can not criticize his lack of sincerity and consistency of his statements. Can the same be said of the Liberal party that manages the language issue by trying to arrange the cabbage and the goat trying to be everything to everyone and please the clients interests diametrically opposed language? Let me humbly to doubt.

The Leger Marketing survey: A 33% PLQ surprising but not inexplicable
Related Link: http://tvanouvelles.ca/lcn/infos/national/archives/2011/02/20110204-215954.html
80% of people are dissatisfied or very dissatisfied with Jean Charest and his government and 33% of people would vote anyway for Jean Charest will appear for you guys.
A person with the least bit sharp eye realizes that there are about 13% of liberal voters who will vote for that party in her nose and moving their bowels after vomiting. Satisfactory even when as a good deed, is not it? I hope they are aware of these dissatisfied Jean Charest they can not vote ...
course, be aware and realistic and realize that somewhere, Pauline Marois's leadership in the PQ is no stranger to this and is certainly far from unanimous it is clear. It was said that a year ago, but it must be repeated today because it's definitely true, Charest and Marois Marois maintains maintains Charest, he set the royal couple who are hand in hand leading the Quebec directly into the ravine ( question to make rhymes pockets).
To 33% PLQ is normal and I have already explained mathematically in the past by the 80/20 rule: 20% of francophones will vote for the Liberal Party and 80% of anglos and allos vote for the PLQ and it indiscriminately and quasi-systematic and that regardless of the degree or level of corruption scandals, and cachoteries butts little subtler than their own party they made them laugh in the face. So when did the math simple, it gives a 32% share the PLQ constantly and continuously with that, they are indestructible. For them, the issue of leadership change does not arise and does can not arise, as we elect a leader in the Catholic Church in PLQ: forever until either the person himself who made the decision to quit sawing. The rest of the time, the sheep follow the shepherd and his vow absolute fidelity and unconditional where the trial and independent thinking are highly and strictly prohibited within the highest levels of the party. If it happens to have a PM who makes large households and the government reshuffle 4-5 months and more, you get what you currently have.
For English and allophones, it is understandable and even if it would be much better served in a government more democratic, pluralistic and respectful of its political institutions by a real party Equality instead of being constantly taken hostage as a customer by the PLQ (that's why the Don MacPherson of this world revel in abundance in this survey fell into their son to press as the manna of Moses delivered his people who were hungry and thirsty). Do not think so deceived and so naive as that, many of them will vote Liberal with a heavy aftertaste of vomit in the mouth, aftertaste that lasts for weeks. They will be thousands elsewhere to find another way and they have two years and counting to do, Charest has explicitly said he wanted his five years in power but as it is "forgetting" of the truth (read liar), we can expect anything this wily clever Lull somnambulist living from politics.
However, where the rub to the PLQ is in the francophone vote. 44% PQ 25% PLQ, ADQ 16% and 9% QS. Now we all know, the electoral map as it is now, benefit francophone ridings in the number against the demographic weight. Yet I am a strong advocate of proportional representation and an electoral map where the constituencies reflect the actual electoral weight but knowing that the constituencies of the West Island of Montreal as a unanimous vote and almost dictatorial, I am satisfied with the current state of the card. I've always said and I still think the real separatists should consider a partition of Quebec if they want their project to succeed one day. How do you succeed when you have areas that will vote 99% for one side, it's still mathematically possible but very unlikely. Imagine, you can not get out of this entanglement in a simple ordinary election and then imagine a third referendum you guys. Besides, like their demerger in 2004, it is they who should be separate and form their own liberal dictatorship in their own country alienated from the rest of Canadian democracy because in the rest of the country (and 2006 will have proven), one is able to vote anything but Liberal and without problem. It is also able to refrain from voting when you are dissatisfied with the party and its positions and 700,000 absentee ADQ 8 December 2008 the latter will obviously proved beyond any doubt. I expect this kind of restraint on the part Liberal voters in the elections of 2013.
Another important finding lies in the survey with the famous come to party led by Francois Legault. What amazed me the statements of Jean-Marc Leger this afternoon in Laroque-Lapierre is one he made on the ADQ. The ADQ is 9% according to the survey with the new party of Francois Legault and would definitely be "dead and buried" in the words of JM however Quebec Solidarity to 8%, they are perfectly healthy, look for another error time.
There is no doubt in my mind that if this movement were to right-center rise and turn into a real party with former ADQ among its members and of course former Liberals and former PQ (I doubt it is of interest to former Quebec Solidarity whatever politics, reality is sometimes stranger than fiction) that the new party and the ADQ should sit together and negotiate the terms of a merger between the two in order not to unnecessarily separate and divide the vote center-right (and thereby the right ) because if such is the case and that, like the Progressive Conservative and Canadian Alliance took time to organize their flutes to the merger, we are seeing more of a scenario in 2000 of PLC Jean Chretien who wanted to cut the grass beneath the feet of them that the Alliance had not yet dismounted in eastern Canada (everything is in the East of Manitoba) and called an election just three years after having a majority mandate which is not as improbable as it is believed since the we see that even at its lowest popularity, Charest manages to keep his party in thirds vote of Quebecers voting and that perhaps only eternity six months would be enough to fool the tenth renewal Charest for all the naive and foolish we are to believe any charlatan who shows up at our door, we offer 10 000 potions and elixirs of life.
Definitely, this would surely be a sweet extra that Charest could seize on this new movement that would separate Legault and bicker with the ADQ for control of the center-right vote splitting bonus. This scenario would be like for my more glamorous and much brighter than the Conservatives in 1993 or 2003 that PQ stretched unnecessarily, grossly and shamefully their term of six to eight months for to fill their pockets.
Do not be fooled, historically this has never happened that a party stretched its mandate for the good of the people and sound management of public finances: NEVER!! Is that clear enough and clear it for you? It always happened because the ruling party wanted to beat knowing the coffers empty before you go: it has always been the case. And it among others for the same reasons that these parties have always lost their elections thereafter. I challenge you to find me one who has done this in the interests of the vast majority of the population, you may be surprised at the thinness of your research ...
And if you think that with the worst prime minister in Quebec life and the party's most corrupt of the time it's going to happen and a finance minister with us to bleed white his tax increases, tariffs and taxes for their household is slow in coming and will never come, the PM is growing its team to calm the internal grumbling back benchers like Alain Paquette champing at the bit since 2003 and can easily go and tell the PM: "If you do not give me a ministry right away, I return to my old job much more rewarding and you will lose your county will risk premium and find yourself a minority. " that the miracle will happen, well I'll tell you how Labeaume as well believe in Santa Claus and the Tooth Fairy.

How To Calculate Impulse Of A Belly Flop
To end the statism "Social" welfare
Picture taken of the link: http://dba-oracle.blogspot.com/2010_02_01_archive.html
There is a proverb which says that it is better to teach someone to fish that give him a fish. While there is not much fish "natural" on this earth, the proverb nonetheless true.
While under the fraudulently elected charest under false pretenses with bogus promises of the marketing of hides and round Fonfona bureaucrats in health have increased by 50% while it was making promises of cuts and reduction, the fact remains that the Department of "social solidarity" accounts for much of the budget. My solution
bordering the simplistic because they had not found a better and more profitable is the guaranteed minimum income. Let's set the bar so to about $ 10 000 non-taxable person and ensure 100% of citizens have. That would eliminate a bunch of posts of officials in the office of social solidarity paid to administer, manage and closely monitor the program and its beneficiaries. Of course, this would not eliminate completely the black and there would be a responsibility to ensure that these people pay their share of taxes. However, by ceasing to condemn a portion of the population dependent on this assistance through the social minimum income guaranteed to every citizen of our beautiful province, our beautiful Quebec National would improve their chances for employment and we would remove the vicious cycle that aims to say: "I will not work for fear of being cut me my check. "Greetings

The Curse of the Five-Year Plan of JJ Charest
On 8 December 2008, two years ago and two months ago now, was elected the majority Liberal government of Jean Charest. The interest in the provincial campaign was nearly zero, the Quebecois have already spent all their time and their energies in Canadian elections of October 2008 and November 4 U.S. elections 2008. It was long, tedious, arduous and dying, she felt warm. This is obviously not due solely to Jean Charest but also to other candidates for prime minister and including Mario Dumont in the lot. Apathy, the I-may-care and care less cynicism was at its height. The result, it is known, is the team that Charest has benefited and from afar. Over 40% of the population had not been passed which, if not a record of all time in Quebec, was not bode well for democracy. Nevertheless, supporters and liberals charest brainwash them fanatics and have not failed to go and record their vote and get out the vote: land, land, land they say while 700 000 ADQ and about 200 000 voters from other parties (PQ, QS, among other ) decided to stay home that day of bitter cold. Although too cold to go vote they had to say. Obviously, we can not assume that 100% of these non-voters were non-voters PLQ. One can easily say and cons with almost certainty that approximately 90% of Liberal voters went to vote and maybe about 50 000 were deprived of the vote as 700 000 have ADQ so well done to punish unfairly in my humble opinion the ADQ. However, purging and cleaning the ADQ made within his own party was very beneficial and purges are excellent to help a party better get up, it's also my opinion. In this sense, the PLQ is a bit like the Montreal Canadiens, still in the race, never very strong and can never hope to win the first overall pick because voters will punish Liberals never statistically speaking liberal parties whatsoever the PLQ or PLC. It had been widely seen in 2006 even though all cities in Canada were rightly punished more or smaller scale PLC while Montreal was elected 12 of its 13 Liberal MPs in the West Island of Montreal. When Arthur said that Montreal was a truck stalled on the 40 who got angry when you pass it, it was very fair.
So it is with a very small majority of members that Jean Charest has pointed out the two hands on the wheel. Assuming that 100% of Liberal voters in 2007 voted Liberal in 2008, only 50,000 more votes than that party was seeking. Do a little math on the real party winning the elections on December 8, 2008, absentionism party. As I said, according to my theory that is as good as another, only 10% of voters did not vote Liberal in 2008. So 10% 40% 4% take away. About 40% of ADQ voters are not going to vote, we are made to 36% -16% = 20%. Assuming that 25% of voters abstained PQ to vote: 20% -10% = 10% and give the rest to other parties QS, independent, PI and others and include in the people who will never vote anyway. So we end up with a picture quite different if all these people had been voting.
PLQ: 24% + 4% = 28%
PQ: 18% + 10% = 28%
ADQ: 9.6% + 16% = 25.6%
Q: 4.8% + 5% = 9% and 10% for
other absentionism and hardened (about 5 % of the population therefore roughly the rate of the referendum of 1995)
So maybe the PLQ is still in power, but it is definitely a minority, the PQ would also be in the same situation: it could potentially form a minority government or even with a very small majority that does not give legitimacy to a referendum by the way.
The purpose of all this maneuvering is what? Is to demonstrate that the "legitimacy" and "morality" of the five years that Jean Charest has repeated in his press briefing this week that he wanted to do until the end, it's shit or bullshit for English in the soul. I have said and shown so many times and I still do not to drool but because our collective memory as so aptly Robert Bourassa, a flower among the weeds liberal, she is 6 months . Gold JJ Charest, despite all the scandals, despite the non-holding of the public inquiry into the building, despite its own creature Bastarache, despite a quarter of a million people who signed the petition calling for his resignation said the following:
"" A government mandate is five years. (...) It is not even mid-term ... "Name me
for fun the last 2 governments in the country to stretch that from 6 to 8 months the bar four years which is the threshold of morality and even the more" clean cut "of governments. My two examples? The PQ of 2003 and PC 1993.
Sometimes we wonder if this is indeed the result of 1993 for Charest PLQ in December 2013 (because the five years it will take to complete unscrupulous careerist politician he is), he who was a key architect of the death of his former party, the Progressive Conservative Party merged with the Canadian Alliance to become the Conservative party as we know it now. For 1993, eight months is obviously too many. It was the eighth month of a government is too broke knowing in advance. Result: Two seats across the country and a catastrophic campaign of a candidate parachuted in at the last minute.
Obviously, this kind of result could never happen in Quebec nor is it happened the PLC in 2006. The liberal parties (Social Democrats) are indestructible in Eastern Canada. The only places in Western Canada where the Liberals can hope not to be wiped off the map is British Columbia once again when we do not replace popularly as waste by the NDP or Redmonton in Alberta but was not true in the last 2 elections since the Conservative party had made a clean sweep twice about Alberta is the kind of result that I envy greatly but is out of reach for a province far to the left of political spectrum than Quebec. Nevertheless, what he Johnny hopes "Jobbins I love my credit union teller in chief" Charest, after having drawn the sauce and after much indebted Quebec grease on his liberal friends that he will be reelected in December 2013?? It is normal, reasonable and intended to do so??
I am convinced that the vast majority of those who voted Liberal in 2008 not even imagined themselves as bad a scenario for their party, so imagine the rest. They most likely said in their head (again, we ignore all that is known today the rampant corruption that existed in the Liberal Party and the hundreds of crude lies and shameful that we were served in the campaign by this corrupt government into the bone marrow as "Legault is a shit-eating because he wants to increase the QST and look what we did 2 years later "or" Dumont scares old when he says that the losses of the fund deposit will be 30 billion (when the reality has shown 42 billion loss to the fund filing in 2009)): Charest will resign while in office, leaving room for succession to the party. It's not that bad because the renewal is coming even if we do not change their government, etc.. However, none of this has happened, the result: a sclerotic government, paralyzed, unable to listen to the people on almost 100% of the issues and seems more than ever, and historically more than ever out of touch and unable initiate any dialogue with its population without people angry black anger and provoke popular discontent stagnant while the lowest in the polls.
Moral of the story: The Charest government 2 hands on the wheel, his lies and marketing slogans hollow, empty and cheap wholesale prices paid by firms relations friends of the government party is your "curse" is your "spell" your curse, your punishment, your punishment for being 40% to play the hosts of irresponsible, immature and lazy asses dross you are not voting. (I include myself in there because a few days before the election, I was one of those who staunchly believed and believes still always right not to vote) Second moral: A Liberal goes (almost) always vote no matter how the party is pitiful and buried in scandal and corruption. Do not vote because you are disgusted the system is the worst solution and that even the greatest libertarian-anarchists at heart because you know now that if you want things to change, it will have to change your government and that, if you still believe the promises drunken hardcore liberals who promise change as a drummer husband promises his wife to change the operator of the Stockholm syndrome, well that's your damn problem and not just me sick with that. However, if you're a good liberal sick of stagnation and the status quo prevailing in your party, I'll give you permission and mass in addition to not voting.
And Johnny said: "I love what I do. "We do not give a f * ck sweet Johnny, did you not understand that kind of vomit parasite that kind of job, this is not the person who decides to be a private business owner determined to stay position, but the population? We are not in a dictatorship and as Johnny Boy in Egypt and Tunis, we're tired of Quebec politicians who decide everything for us what is good or bad for us and you'll know soon enough in 2013 expensive blade domestic duck.
