ABOLITION OF BORDERS: A BIG STEP FOR HUMANITY?

We will treat this section as if it is still eating (a little humor!! With fun)

1-Entry
Article 13 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights ( UN).
1. Anyone has the right to move freely and choose his residence within a State.

2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country.

2 - Main Dish

I released a little here an area I've always looked regularly: the economy. This article is just launched to reflect on a topical issue, which remains and will be part major concerns in the world of 21 th century: it is the ABOLTITION OF FRONTIERES.Victime a transient insomnia (which can happen to everyone), in zapping the TV channel Arte (France chain n 7) TODAY 'hui February 13, 2008 around 4am 30, I came across a show called "The abolition of borders ...." It is a false issue because in fact it is not true that is a kind of "emission performance ". The presenters tried throughout the issue to show that is live, it is about to commit or not to wait by the General Assembly of the United Nations joined to the U.S. ABOLITION OF FRONTIERS IN SCALE PLANETAIRE.En effective pending a vote of delegates to represent their respective countries, there were short stories around the world to see how professional (tourism, speccialisées companies, etc.) they see this new that is about to mark the 21 st century if it is validated. There were also reports in countries like India, Japan, Africa, etc.C is the former Director General of the UN Kofi Annan himself even that is at the head of the United Nations Commission responsible for improving this project. There were visits and all over the world (Kofi Annan), but in Europe he finished his travels there rellatifs. In due course, Kofi Annan gave a little speech a few minutes before the General Assembly of the UN and the vote commence.Dommage the abolition of borders was not validated by the delegates, later postponed. History , is completed, is a game that hides well established truths on which any human being whether or not intelo, black or white, believer or atheist should (and can) think.

That we are there, one wonders why not abolish the borders? Yes, I accept what nonsense, what bullshit this type there is spirited to say. Before entering into a polemical debate that looks tough, it would be a great pleasure for me (with modesty) to present the direct consequences of the abolition of borders
An abolition of borders means:
i)-Removal of geographical boundaries defining a country to another (one State another, in legal language and geographical ago prfois a difference between a state and a country, c is not our main problem here ....);
ii)-Free movement of persons wishing to enter or exit in an area ( a country) then abolition of visas (no longer need a passport) you just need to enter an administrative formality for a country;
iii) Quasi-extinction of the concept and the very basis of citizenship (other benefits granted to citizens as in the case of countries with strong social protection: France, Scandinavian countries)
iv)-Risk of Submerssion Demographic (population of the country is submerged Home immigrants who exceeds in number: for example in France there will be more immigrants than french, Madagascar more Africans than Malagasy. Here China and India have something to say.
v)-barrièrres Relaxation of penalty and red instalation investors where they want to work.
That for me the 5 major consequences of the abolition of the 5 frontières.Parmi consequences are the 2 nd (free movement of persons) and 4th (submerssion demographic risk) that deserve special attention.

A-Sovereignists (nationalists) in Africa, Asia, Europe, United States, Latin America recess will never accept this kind of mesure.Ils will say, we are proud of our situation. There the cultural values, patriotism, love of country just overcome the economic arguments.

B-moderated will say, yes that is feasible but the appliquaons not foolishly. It is better to take time and take appropriate action progressively.

The C-globalists (to avoid the word liberal) will say yes, that is will be a great step of mankind. There will transfer knowledge, transfer of purchasing power, a great complementarity between the men, in all the world will almost partfait ... it will be the great challenge of 21 century èeme .... FOR A REAL BIG STEP FOR HUMANITY.

I close the prenthèse there and I'll let everyone to reflect on that.
Me, my position if you want to know I'm in position B.

3-Dessert

ALAIN: Freedom starts where the other
PASCAL: The thinking is the greatness of man
KEYNES Free trade goes straight to the light of day talking to all passers while protectionism growls in his corner.
